Let's hope they're toast.

Fuck me the things that upset people and cause offence today is pathetic, seriously 27 MPs have complained, if I was a constituent I would be telling my MP what a cunt they were, get on and worry about things that matter than a bit of banter and a joke about a flag behind someone being interviewed.

What a fucked up place the UK is becoming.

They're right though.
The whole flag thing is childish, risible and deserves to be made fun of. Does anyone really have a flag in their office/kitchen/living room? Rishi Sunak's is fecking huge and the new press room has four.
Puts me in mind of the Father Ted episode where Mrs Doyle decorates the parochial house with Nazi paraphenalia.

Being patriotic is hardly being childish and although that Naga is generally a cunt, nothing at all about what they said was exactly offensive.

Anyone complaining is a cock clearly.

Fair enough. I am of the "last refuge of a scoundel" persuasion. By all means celebrate your country but flag waving is cringey and embarrassing especially when done specifically in one's own home for the telly.

Agree entirely.

Everyone in the public eye is put under a microscope nowadays, and there's always thousands upon thousands of sad, lonely fuckers with nothing better in their lives than to jump on them at every opportunity.

A bit like WHO, thinking about it.

Zeb, everyone has different values, loyalties, beliefs, etc. I find extreme patriotism a little weird but if that what makes them happy, who are we to judge?

Naga Munchetty is one nasty anti establishment cunt and generally a rude spiteful superior thinking bitch.
Her side kick is a gutless shithouse headnodder.
The pair of treacherous cunts need burning.

Meh

Never once took the piss out of the snivelling EU flag waving spengs that couldn't accept how democracy works, though.

Re: BBC Breakfast TV presenters make fun of Union Jack and Photo of the Queen
Naga Munchetty is a nasty cunt who’s been caught out dozens of times with her conflicting views.
She was once considered as a bit of a spokes(person) from the left with some clout.
She’s jumped on a position where she thought she’s massively superior to anyone with an opinion(just not on her and the other wankers slot) that is inferior to hers.
She’s only got herself to blame for her cocky superiority arrogance which will become her downfall.
Got fucking riddance.

Before you do, jfk, what are your thoughts on Naga Munchetty?

Naga Soppy.

Last time some gobby entitled cunts took the piss out of a picture of the queen it cost me a quarter of a million quid.

I'll thank people to kindly not do so any more.

If you seriously think the display of one Union Flag in a public building in the UK is in any meaningful way similar to a private dwelling in Ireland decked out 'Nazi regalia' you have very, very deep self-hatred issues indeed.

Just anther example of the right wing being the new custodians in the 'always offended' stakes. Utter flakes

I've always loved our flag but of all the things to cry about. Embarrassing.

That article doesn't mention the 27 MPs - where is that?

This is obviously nonsense. One tiny little off-the-cuff joke and everyone is desperate to be offended one way or another.
